You must create an account in order to take the cumulative quiz and earn a certificate of completion. You must achieve a score of 80% correct to earn a certificate. If you successfully answer 80% of the questions, a certificate will be emailed to you. We will not use your email address for any other purpose. You may not use any special characters in your username, only letters and numbers.
