Bob is a senior advisor/director emeritus of CIEES and the Constance and Colgate Darden Professor of Special Education (emeritus) at ODU.
He has published extensively on academic assessment, functional behavioral assessment, positive behavioral interventions and supports, and collaboration in schools. He was president of CCBD and a Fulbright Senior Scholar.
