Nicholas is a VTSS systems coach and behavioral specialist at TTAC ODU. He supports school districts by implementing multi-tiered systems of support.
His previous professional experiences include teaching math and science and supporting PBIS implementation at the school and division level. His passions include coaching, increasing equity in practice, and promoting student achievement.
